Printing 3 Slides on a Handout

W

Wee

I had previously used Powerpoint 2003 and just upgraded to 2007. I am a
college student, so I print most of the Powerpoints provided to me as three
slides to a page so that I have the lines to take notes on. When I had
Powerpoint 2003, there was no issues, I just printed the slides normally and
it would print the lines. In 2007, in Print Preview it shows the lines, but
when it actually prints, it doesn't print the lines.

Also, when I print slides and I use grayscale, the slides come out very
dark. How do I fix these problems?

I used to print out a variety of handouts using "Send to Word" in earlier
versions and found that it is still available under the Office
Button->Publish->Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word.

Once there you can choose from five different layouts as well as if you want
to Paste or Paste Link for the slides.
