printing problems

I am having a problem getting my printer to print. I
have gone through the troubleshooter and nothing seems to
work it shows the document being sent to printer but will
not print. It is shown as my default printer. I had
problem actually loading it in but once I got it in I
couldn't print. Any suggestions?

Do a complete uinstall and reinstall of the printer... sounds as it its not
installed correctly.
