Printing Problem on Terminal Services

Users are unable to print in my thin clinent lab. I'm running a Server 2003
network. The printer is a HP LJ6L setup as a network printer. The domain
controller is a Server 2003 machine and the Terminal Server is also a Server
2003 machine. The clients are Windows 98 machines. They can only connect
through Remote Desktop. When logged into the terminal server as a client
(the problem doesn't occur under administrator) we are unable to print. The
standard error message pops up telling me to check my driver etc. Where
should I start?

Have you tried setting the printer up as a local printer using TCP/IP
Port? Then Give them all the right to print to it?

The above only applies if you have the printer on a print server (Not
RDP Server). Or if it has a jet direct card on it. I also know that
2003 server has restrictions that need to be lisfted through group
policy for kernel mode drivers. Also 2003 wont let users install
drivers unless specifically authorized to in Local Security Policy or
group policy, cant remember which.
