Printing a received Fax

Hi

I don't know if I am in the wrng newsgroup or not but if I am, please point
me in the right direction

Everytime a user prints a fax image, it prints 3 copies regardless of the
printer she prints to.

Any ideas on how to turn this off or configure?

The number of copies to print is a global option for all the printers
accessible from the machine. And if you are routing the incoming faxes to a
particular printer it doesn't gives you the option to change the number of
copies to print but instead takes the value which is already set. I'm still
unclear about the scenario and it would be better if you can give us more
information about your OS version and the exact routing configuration.

It was a user error -

She click on the preview image on the right hand side for each "page"

She thought she had to print each page - when she did - the entire fax came
out!

Doh!
