Hi

I have this annoying problem with ONE user -

Everytime a user prints a fax image, it prints 3 copies regardless of the
printer she prints to.

Any ideas on how to turn this off or configure? I am at my wit's end. Why
would it be doing this?

She is on a Terminal Server (Win2k SP4)
