Printer Spool not running

Ok I installed SP2 now I cant print anything. I've went to services and tried
to manually start. It for a split second trys to start then I get a error
message "Could not start the Printer Spool service on local computer" Then
under that this "Error 1068 The Dependency service or group failed to start..
I have a lexmark 605 printer and the lexBce server is disabled in services
also. Can anyone help??

i had the same glitch. nothing worked i unistalled the printer then
reinstalled everything ,suddenly it was fine. why ? beats me ,but it worked .

I used add/removed programs and removed it. Restarted the puter and it picked
up the printer. Then installed the software.. Tried to print and still the
same thing...
