LexBce Server disables itself

On my Win XP Pro laptop, my LexBce Server service disables itself frequently.
I have gone into services many time and set it to automatic, but a few days
later, I have no printers (the printer spool is dependent on LexBce Server
service). Why does this continue to set itself to disabled and what can I do
to correct the issue?

Thanks

Check your event logs.....make sure you have the latest version of the
software from Lexmark, and you might also set the 'recovery' settings on the
service to 'restart' for all three trigger points.
