Is LexBce.exe a windows XP component or for Lexmark printers?

My printers will disappear from time to time and I have learned it is because
the LexBce Server service is disabled. The print spooler is dependent on it.

I do not have any Lexmark printers, nor have I had them. I did work for a
corporation that might have had them, but I don't recall installing any
Lexmark Printer.

Can I safely get rid of the LexBce.exe and if so, how do I do it while still
keeping my print spooler working?

I checked my add/remove programs and there is not lexmark program or
Markvision program installed. However, as I stated in a previous thread,
LexBce is listed in my services and it must be started in order for the print
spooler to work. I honestly don't care if it is there or not, except that I
cannot keep it loaded and I have to constantly change it (LexBce) from
disable to Automatic. It will not stay on Automatic and therefore all my
printers disappear.

Malware can cause all kinds of system instabilities.

Google for lexbce.exe
It is W32/Sdbot-ADF worm.
