Hello, just recently i took over managemenet of a access 2002 database that
our company uses for printing different reports. My problem is that one of
the IT admins removed a printer from the network and this is causing some
problems for some users.

When they try to run a report they get a message saying something like.
Translated from norwegian :)

" This document was previously formated for printer A on ip x, but this
printer is no longer available. Do you want to use standard printer B ? "

Problem is I dont know if I can chose B. Since everyone who use this program
have different locations I dont think I can use 1 standard printer for
everyone.

Is it possible to change printer for each individual report ? Or can I setup
printers for each user group ?

When a report is opened in Design Mode, you can set it to print on a
specific printer, or simply to use the default printer on the Page tab under
File | Page Setup from the menu bar.
