It doesn't matter which colour I select to print envelopes in the result is
always a sort of dirty red ! Printing a document is no problem- always in
black. Help !!
 
Are you using the wizard in MSFT Works? It always does that, something
about it telling the printer to use colour as well as b/w.
If you click "Add to Document" option then you can format the envelope
"live" so to speak. Printing with B/W option then should work.
