print spooler error

[BITAPI]

I have 2 printers- one printer is working, intermittently-
the other- worked for a day or two after installing the
W-XP, and not i go to print and i get an Print Spooler
error; print spooler not working-
i have checked in the printer on the control panel, under
admin services, and it says the printer spooler is
enabled and automatic. i don't know how to proceed.
ANYBODY, CAN YOU HELP ME???

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer?

You might also try stopping and starting the spooler

From the command prompt, type

net stop spooler

then

net start spooler

(remembering to hit enter each time)
