Jorge

One of my users is having the following problem:
When she boots her PC in the morning all the reports
she had already printed the day before, are printed
again. I checked the que and all 8 reports were still
there. I cleared the queue and for the rest of the day
everythoing was fine, however, this morning when she
booted up her PC all the reports she had created and
printed yester printed again.....

I else should I check out......

Jorge.

Thanks Alan, the printer is an HP 2200 a couple of years
old; and the system is on a Windows 2oo platform.

If this is a newer HP Laserjet, disable Bidirectional on the ports tab of
the printer properties
