Print Black White in 2003

O.k. I have sorted most problems with removing lines printing black &
white...however, the option (do not show) only works for pictures or
textboxes. If I create an AutoForm and add Text into the Autoform by right
clicking and choosing "Add Text" I cannot select in black/white view (do not
show) as then I cannot see the Autoform altogether.

How do I remove the line around an AutoForm in the black/white view.
Choosing No Line or white line does not work either.

Im assuming your autoshape (autoform) has no line?

If so choosing "black & white setting" > light greyscale may do it for you

Hi John,

thanks for your reply...I have tried that as well but it is not really what
we need...there should not be any background only text but I am not able to
take the background away on the print without loosing the text as well. Or
the other way round...if I take the fill colour away I need to remember to
fill it again when I want to show it on slide show...
