Printing slides in black and white

Sharon

Would like to print in black and white, omitting backgrounds but the white
fonts in charts (ie, data labels, legends, etc.) dont' show. In Titles, the
white fonts print as black. Help!

Adjust you're grayscale/BW settings in PPT. Go to View > Grayscale (varies
slightly between PPT versions)/

Hi - I'm having the same issue (in PPT 2007). When Viewing in Grayscale you
cannot change/adjust grayscale for charts -- the selections are grayed-out
when a chart is selected. In 2003 you can change this for print purposes and
it doesn't affect the color view -- not in '07 though. Only option I see so
far is to manually change text to black before printing (which then doesn't
work in color mode for a dark background).

Any other solutions would be welcome -- thanks!
