PPS Viewer problem

I just downloaded PowerPoint Viewer and when I try to open a .PPS file, I
get the following:

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

When I look at folder options .PPS , I see, under application to perform
action (show),

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\PowerPoint Viewer\pptview.exe "%1"

When I click OK, I get this message;
The specified program cannot be found. Make sure the file name and path are
correct.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you need to correct the "Show" action as follows:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\Office\powerpnt.exe" /s "%1"
include ALL quotes as shown above.
