popups

When trying to chat with a tech help specialist at a
certain site, when I click on the chat now button, the
popup blocker blocks it and I cannot chat. How can I keep
this from happening?

All popup blockers have options to disable the blocker
for certain sites which may require your popup blocker to
be disabled to view it or a or needed popup (like the
chat you are trying to access). I don't know which popup
blocker you have but I am sure it has an option or tool
somwhere for disabling.

I am using microsoft internet explorer only. No other
popup blocker. So it has to be a pop up blocker that is
integrated with IE and I dont know how to configure it.
Please help!
