PopUps from GeoCities

Running Windows XP with SP2. Also have SpyWare Blocker installed.

Service Pack 2 has stopped all popups EXCEPT those from any GeoCities site.
Can anyone tell me how to stop the PopUps from Geocities?
 
Popups are usually generated with javascript. Put those web sites to
restricted security zone, where javasrcipt is disables.
