Popularscreensavers toolbar was deleted

My popularscreensaver toolbar was deleted how do I get it
back so I can view the screensavers I want. I have tried
going to the website, but it says I already have it &
that my toolbar was blocked or deleted by my spyware.
What do I do to get it back?

Go to Tools > Real time Protection > View All Blocked Events and check there
if its blocked.
