Denise Walker

In the appearance & theme icon in the control panel; I
tried to upload my desktop wallpaper or the background of
my desktop but it is not working. I tried everything but
nothing seems to work. I also tried to
download "popularscreensavers" and it still didn't work.
What should I do? How do I fix this problem?
 
Please explain in plain English what you want to do and we will be glad to
help.

You should know that "free" screen savers available from the Internet almost
always include viruses or spyware.
