I-Search Desktop Search Toolbar + others

Every single time I start my computer, Anti-Spyware tells
me that I-Search Desktop Search Toolbar is trying to
instal so of course I click to remove it and then it says
to restart my computer. Even when I restart my computer,
I don't get the Anti-Spyware notice each time, but when I
run Spy Doctor, it shows up everytime. When I try to
delete it with Spy Doctor, it always tells me that it
can't delete all files but they will be deleted when I
restart. I restart and then I get the Anti-Spyware
message again. This sucker just doesn't want to go
away. I have tried like 8 different programs. How do I
get rid of this thing for good?

Also, I can't seem to get rid of Transponder.Ceres. I
have tried Kill Bot to delete it myself but even that
says that the file can't be deleted. What do I do?

Ron Kinner would love to help - here is his post from another ng:

I'm bored and I haven't had a good HijackThis log to work
on all day. Will somebody take pity on me and send me a
HijackThis log?

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. Put Hijack in the subject
so I'll know it's not spam.
