After using Beta 1 I can say it does have some
pluses. Beta 1 informed me that a game I had purchased
and was installing contained "spyware" also in the past a
spyware toolbar kept installing itself on my computer and
I had to delete it repeatdly, but Beta 1 now warns me if
that toolbar tries to install itself and blocks it.

If something keeps coming back, you may well have something in place which
is prompting this reinstall attempt.

I'd recommend restarting in safe mode and doing a full, deep scan--keep
scanning until a scan comes through clean.

The real-time protection is an important piece of the product--glad it is
doing the job for you.
