add-on problems

I have Internet Explorer 7 and I've been using MyWebSearch as one of my
toolbars. It contains Screensavers, SmileyCentral, Zwinkey, CursorMania, and
FunCards. Every one of those works except for Popular Screensavers. I get
an error message that says: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem
with an add-on and nees to close. The following add-on was running when this
problem occured: Add-on Name: F3SCRCTR.DLL, Company Name: (Not verified)
FunWebProducts.com, description: Popular Screensavers Tools". How do I fix
this? I've tried disabliong and even deleting the toolbar and then
re-installing it, but it didn't help. Any solutions?
