trouble with Internet Explorer

I am continually getting the following message when surfing:

''Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close . '' then
in next window
''Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to
close''
File :yiesrvc.dll
Company Name:Yahoo Inc.
Description: Yahoo Services'' please click okay to close.

After closing this box, the following box opens:
Internet Explorer.exe Application Error.The instruction at ''0x62308d19''
reference memorory could not be ''read''.Click okay to terminate the
program''
Click okay and the following box appears:
The instruction @ ''0x7c9105f8 reference memory at ''0x021e0010'' the memory
could not be ''read''. Click okay to terminate the program''

Could somebody please tell me how I can overcome this problem.

Uninstall all Yahoo crap.
Make sure you have all Windows Security and critical updates from
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/.

That fails?

Reinstall Yahoo whatever... whatever it is you installed before.
Uninstall it.
Reboot.
