Closing internet explorer

After closing internet explorer i get the following message:
The instruction at "0x7473c7d6" referenced at 0x00000472". The memory could
not be "read".

Opening internet explorer takes a while, as does other pages after clicking
on other links.

Any Advise Welcome and Appreciated.

Running SFC /SCANNOW might fix IE.
