Memory Errors

I have a user who is getting the following memory errors. The first three
always appear during start up. The fourth happens when you close Internet
Explorer.

Application popup: userinit.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x008b066c". The memory could not be
"read".
Application popup: applnch.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x01791eec". The memory could not be
"read".
Application popup: wmiprvse.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x00a8066c". The memory could not be
"read".
Application popup: iexplore.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x01931e1c". The memory could not be
"read".

Any idea what the problem may be, or troubleshooting ideas?
