iexplorer.exe application erre

hi
everytime i try and view certain webpages a explorer user prompt box appears
with all kinds of stuff highlighted in it, it seems like its trying to work
or something not sure, but then all of my pages will close and an
iexplorer.exe application error windows pops up saying the instruction
at"0x7c901010" referenced memory "0x0000001c" the memory could not be read,
click ok to terminate the program!

what is this and how can i fix this....?????

A repair installation of IE might do the trick?
