Pls I Need Help Bad

ok so this starts when I'm logging onto my pc, when I enter the username and
password the computer will restart itself, I'll have to re-enter my username
and password about 4 times before it stops restarting and I can get to my
desk top, but the problem doesn't stop there.

Once on my desktop an error message appears with the message saying that
windows has recovered from a serious error, and asks me to send an error
report, along with this message the message below apears.

Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Paramaters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c
The message also appears when I'm opening programs, web browser or my
security center, whats got me worried is that I can't run a virus scan, when
I try I get a message saying that McAffe has encountered an error and will
have to close.

I've tried surching the support site but with no results, any help you can
give would be great.

The OS I'm using is Widows XP Home Edition and my PC is a Compaq Presario 061

mode and see
if the results are
better.

if so, then there
are some corrective
steps available.
