No disk

Every time the computer starts up I have a "No Disk" Error the message that
pops up is.

"Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c
75b6bf9c"

It gives me three options Cancel, Try Again and Continue. Only Continue
removes the window.
