Error Message after starting up

Everytime I start my computer up, I get an error reading "Exception
Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c". I
click continue, but it pops up another 4-5 times before finally going away...
I've virus scanned my compter several times with Norton Internet Security '07
and Windows Defender but its only found a tracking cookie.

So any thoughts as to why this is happening?
