Message on boot up

Hi,
I am running XP Pro SP2, when I boot up I get the following message 5 times.

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6f9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c.

The options it gives are Cancel- Continue, I hit continue for each message.
It then finishes the bootup.

In my system tray it says "Windows no disk"

I also comes up everytime I go into Adobe Reader.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Dom Citro

You will have to determine that with Disk Management. Some drive is probably
assigned as C: and is a removable drive, or perhaps some malware is
installing a 'virtual cd drive' to use against you.

start/run, type:

diskmgmt.msc

You might see something in the startup. run:

MSCONFIG

The startup tab may show something loading the drive.

This link from a year ago looks suspiciously like it is dealing with
your problem.

What version of Windows XP?

What computer make and model?

Any card reader?

What error reports appear in Event Viewer?

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.
