When starting up my computer it gives me the option to:
Start Windows Normally
Run last know good configuration
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
SafeMode with command Prompt

After selecting each one of these options the next screen i get is the Blue
Screen

It says Diasble or uninstall any anti-viruses, disk defragmentation or back
up utlities. Check your hard drive configuration and check for any updated
drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption and then restart
your computer.

How can i do this is it won't allow me to run windows? And what is the step
i need to take?
any information would be helpful. Thank You

Booting to the CD drive with the setup disk in will allow a "Repair" option
(press R), instead of starting a setup. (a conmand line "Recovery Console"
will start and chkdsk will run from there.)

you might want
to boot up with your
win cd, go thru recovery console
and at the c prompt run chkdsk

then exit and try to reboot into
the desktop.

the above is one suggestion out
of several possibilities....

When you are in safe mode type in command prompt CHKDSK /F maybe this will
solve the problem. /F says that the program "check disk" (CHKDSK) will run,
search for errors and automatically correct them. If you can't get to safe
mode press F8 when your computer starts.
You can also ask someone who have bootable disk or something like that to
give it to you and boot from it.

If your system was 'preinstalled' you may need the identical "OEM" disk used
to set it up. On the other hand, if the system was installed with the normal
Windows XP setup disk, all you need to do is match the "Edition", (Home, Pro,
Media Center, or Tablet). For normal setup disks, they are all the same, by
edition. Your Product Key would work with all of that editions disks.
