When my PC starts I see a blue error screen but it pops up
so fast I can't read it before my PC reboots. Even trying
to boot in safe mode it does the same thing. When trying
to re-install XP it tells me setup didn't detect any hard
drives even though the BIOS detects them. Any help would
be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rich

Are you running IDE hard drive or Serial ATA or SCSI?

Serial ATA and SCSI will probably require additional drivers at the start of
the XP installation.

you might try these - ie
1/
to stop the blue screen to read it - ie
you might 'deselect - automatic restart' if on
go start/right click - my computer/properties/
go advanced - tab/
go startup and recovery - section/settings/
go system failure - section/
deselect - automatically restart/if already on/
go ok/go apply/
and take it fr there
2/
make sure you have 'updated driver(s)' for your
hard disk - visit mfr's web site for possible
download
and
take it fr there
