PC Keeps rebooting ??

Hi, I have someone's pc and it keeps rebooting over and over. It's an XP
operating system. Every once in a while it'll let me login, but after it's
in for a few minutes, it'll reboot.

Also, the language is in Spanish (i.e. the menus when i try to go into safe
mode and the login screen). How can i change that to English?

Thanks for your help.

You can't but I can tell you that Prueba de Fallos is Safe Mode.

You are presumably blue-screening, and you are set to reboot
whenever that happens. Right-click My Computer, and choose
Properties. On the Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and
Recovery. Under System failure, uncheck the box "Automatically
restart."

Now when the problem occurs again, instaed of blue-screening, you
will get the blue screen with diagnostic information. Post back
with those details for more help.

You can't. You'll need to buy an English version.

It's actually not blue-screening. I forgot to mention that she said when she
connected to the Internet the problem started happening then. I think she
has some kind of virus.

Is there a way to possibly keep the pc up so i can run a virus scan?

Thanks...
