Patch Ms03-026 Fails to Install

I am running windows xp professional and have tried to
download the patch MS03-026 (823980) 3 times and each
time it gets hung up and fails.Looks like download
completes, but no message to that effect and it just
stays stuck and doesnt go into the install phase.
Help! Thanks for any assistance.
