Security patch MS03-026 update

I do my Windows Update everyday. I have now downloaded
MS03-026 six times. Every time I do my updates, it tells
me to download this patch. Somehow it is not seeing that
I have already downloaded and installed the update. When
I look at the download history it shows each time I have
downloaded as successful.

I've cleaned out my Temporary Internet Files, gone back
to the Update site, and it wants to give me the update
again. I store my Temp. Int. Files on my E: drive to
save room on C:. Does this make a difference?

Thanks for your suggestion Larry. I did as you
recommended and the problem remains. I restarted the
computer and checked the c:\windows\system32\catroot2
folder and it had reappeared after doing the update
again. It did however have different contents from the
original catroot2 folder I deleted. Any additional
suggestions?
