outlook indicates there is unread email when they are all read.

The inbox in outlook is displayed in bold and indicates that there are 4
unread messages. However, when I look inside the inbox. There are no emails
in there at all. What can I do to fix this problem so that the information
is displayed correctly.

Do you have a filtered view set on your inbox? Check the Unread Messages
view...
