Outlook Image Issue

Problem in Outlook 2003 -

Worked fine before, but now get the dreaded red x with incoming messages.
Worked through the set-up again tools, options, security, downloads, etc
without success. Shut down Oulook and rebooted without success.

When cursor is moved over area where image should be, the cursor changes to
a hand with a circle beside it with a slash through it.

Please advise

Tried clearing your Outlook Temp folder already?

Yes I did and it did not work. Tried again and it worked this time. Not
sure what made it work this time, Appreciate the help.
