Outlook Express undesired behavior

When I finish reading a message in OE and either hit the Delete or Next
buttons, the next message opens at the last screen -- as if I had scrolled to
the end. So I have to scroll to the top to get to the beginning. This
behavior started after I installed SP2.

Is there a solution?
