Issue with Outlook Express Scroll Bar

When I open Outlook Express, the right hand scroll bar comes up at the top
which is where my oldest messages are. I would like the scroll bar marker to
come up at the bottom of the bar where my newest messages are. How can I
make this change?

[Two notes: 1. Up until last week, the scroll bar marker DID come up at the
bottom. I don't recall changing anything. 2. Right now I highlight the
oldest message and hit "end" and it goes to the bottom.. but I don't want to
continue doing that!]

Why not just click on the received column header to change the sort order from
newest to oldest?
