Page scrolling to bottom by itself

I am having problems with page scrolling to bottom on its own. When trying to
drag scroll bar back to top it just goes to the botton. Scroll wheel will not
move page up either. Just ran an updates specific to SP2 (KB884020) What
could be prblem and what is fix?

In all programs or just one? If just one, which one?

I experienced it in Itunes. My wife was having this occur today.... not sure
when browsing Internet Explorer.

If using a Wireless Mouse, replace the batteries.
