Outlook Crash

I have a user whose outlook crashes sometimes when they delete an email.
They are using Outlook 2003 SP3 on Windows XP SP2.
I've tried creating a new profile and reinstalling office. Ideas?

On the assumtion its using a pst data file, run scanpst.exe on the data file
(with outlook closed)
See if it helps

The file is an OST file, not a PST.
He's using outlook in cached mode.

Have him try deleting the OST while Outlook is closed and allowing Outlook
to create a new one. Does anything appear in the Event Log when the crash
happens?

I've already tried deleting the OST and creating a new one.
Event viewer doesn't show anything when the crash occurs.
I'm changing it so it's not cached mode anymore.
Will still use an OST though

This still has not made any difference. Crashes intermittently. (ie. he
presses the X to delete an email and outlook exits altogether)

Did you try a new mail profile? If that doesn't work, I'd rebuild the
mailbox.
