Hello,
We have a Problem with Outlook 2003.
Environment is:
Windows XP SP2 + all patches untill now
Office 2003 SP 2 + All patches untill now
Exchange Server 2003
on several Workstations, with diffent Accounts outlook crashes after
clicking on Notes.
We have tested all possible things:
- Uninstall of all installed Software --> error is there
- New Outlook profile --> errror is there
- new Account --> error is there
- New Computer --> error is there
we have 2 Clients, that are installed via a Image File (so 100% the same),
on the same Hardware.
logged on with the same Account, on one Client Outlook crashes after
clicking on Notes, on the other Clinets it works fine.
Error message in Eventlog is:
ID: 1000

any ideas about that?
