Outlook 2003 Crashes When Closing Windows

I'm having a problem with Outlook crashing. After many crashes I was
finally able to hone in and now can reproduce one at will.

If I open a message reading window in Outlook and close it, then open
the same message window again and close it...crash. Same thing with
something on my calender. Open window, close. Open same, close. Crash.

Doesn't matter whether I open/close the second time right away or
later after doing other things, it will still crash, which makes it
hard to avoid. Also happens after a cold boot with no other apps
running. Error, app and system info below.

I'm hoping this rings a bell and someone will post a suggestion.

Thanks in advance for any assistance. ...jcole

I would try using the DETECT and REPAIR option. You will find this
on the HELP menu in Outlook.

Are there any errors pertaining to Outlook or Office in your Application
Event Viewer?

Someone e-mailed me privately and has identified the problem.
Unfortunately the hot fix referred to below did NOT fix it.

Disabling the CRM add-in as described DOES keep Outlook from crashing,
but then of course using CRM is unavailable.

Anyone from Microsoft out there looking at this? If so suggestions
would be appreciated.
