Outlook needs to close ... ntdll.dll

My Outlook 2003 frequently crashes with the error message "Microsoft Outlook
has encountered a problem and needs to close." I think it always happens
during a send/receive (I have about 25 email accounts).

The error signature says:

AppName: outlook.exe
AppVer: 11.0.8010.0
AppStamp: 43d16d53
ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180
ModStamp: 411096b4
fDebug: 0
Offset: 00064ed1

Any help would be appreciated.

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

The first thing I would try is to run scanpast.exe. There is also a known
issue with Outlook and numerous email accounts. Make sure that your auto
send/receive is set at about 30 minutes. Finally if the problem continues
you can turn on trouble shooting logging and also limit the number of
accounts on the auto send receive.
