Yahoo Emails?

I use Outlook 2003. Whenever someone send me email from a Yahoo account my
Outlook has to restart. (An error has occured and your Outlook needs to
restart).

Please help!

This is the first thing I tried. then I completely uninstalled and
reinstalled.

Still get the same problem.

Just for a test, can you set your default browser back to IE and see if the
problem persists?
