Outlook 2003 needs to close ... ntdll.dll

My Outlook 2003 frequently crashes with the error message "Microsoft Outlook
has encountered a problem and needs to close." I think it always happens
during a send/receive (I have about 25 email accounts).

The error signature says:

AppName: outlook.exe
AppVer: 11.0.8010.0
AppStamp: 43d16d53
ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180
ModStamp: 411096b4
fDebug: 0
Offset: 00064ed1

Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. It's been going on for about 3-4 days
and it happens several times per hour. It sends a crash report to MS and
restarts again, only to crash once more 10-15 minutes later and just go
through the cycle again. It's growing quite annoying, especially since I
just did a clean reload of the machine about a week ago.
