outlook keeps re booting

I have installed SP3 on two Dell-XPs. Outlook now keeps closing and re
bootong itself 5 to 6 times a day on both machines.
Error signature report is as follows
AppVer 11.0.8010.0
AppStamp 43d16d53
ModName: mspst32.dll
ModStamp 4367e4bb
fDebug: 0 Offset:00005853

Can anyone shed any light as to a fix?

Do you have anti virus intergrated with Outlook?
If so uninstall your AV, reboot, and retest
 
My AV is Sonicwall at the firewall. The AV is not integrated with Outlook
??

I have had so many weird things happening on my dells after installing sp3, I
have had to un-install it four machines so far.
Never had Outlook problems, though....
 
Dells are usually supplied with a Trial version of McAfee or Norton
preinstalled
