Outlook Connector 12.1 rsulted moved from Office Live Acct

My mail successfully displays in Outlook 2003 from my office live account
But now my mail does NOT show up in Inbox in office live account
It seems to be moving instead of copying mail from office live to outlook
Is their a way to restore my office live Inbox and fix the future syncs?

Created POP3.live.com and STMP.live.com in Outlook Express 6
Installed Connector 12.1 that connected to outlook 2003
Outlook 3 & Exress synchronized
Mail came over from office live acct
No longer get mail in office live inbox

PLEASE HELP!

Do you know if there is a way to get my emails back to office live account?

The default for POP3 is to remove from the server - if you want it in both
clients you need to set OE to leave it on the server. It's in account
properties in OE.

Diane..

I spoke too soon! After making the change to leave it on server, mails goes
to inbox, but eventually gets deleted. I tried it with remove from server
when deleted from deleted items checked, then not checked. Either way, they
dissappear from my office live inbox. Any suggestions? I really need to
recover this email account status that is used for a nonprofit org. Thanks
again!

if you can get them into outlook, yes. Is outlook installed on the computer
that downloaded them into OE? if so, from oe's file menu go to export,
Microsoft exchange - this will put them into outlook.

if it’s a different computer than you are using with connector, copy the pst
to the other computer and open it using file, open, outlook data file then
move or drag the messages to the connector inbox.

Diane Poremsky [MVP]

Set OE offline (try file menu) so it doesn't get the mail. See my other post
for ways to get the mail back online. You should also check the live or OE
forums to find out why its not leaving on the server.
