Outlook isn't saving my "Favorite Folders" configuration

I connect my live mail account to Outlook 2007 thru the Office connector and
it works well. However, I keep moving my Live mail inbox and junk mail
folder to the Favorite Folders section of the Navigation Pane and the next
time I open Outlook, they are gone again from the Favorites. Is this problem
related to the connector and is there a work around or is it another problem?

You either have a corrupted Navigation Pane already or Outlook doesn't close
properly on your machine so the Navigation Pane settings cannot be saved.

In case of the first, start Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
