Outlook connector - missing emails on sync with Live Hotmail

I have Outlook 2007 and Outlook Connector 12.1 Beta. The Windows Live Hotmail
account has synced mostly OK but all emails from October 07 to September 08
are missing. Is there a way of resetting the sync process? I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the Connector without success.

Remove the Hotmail account from your mail profile and restart Outlook (make
sure the outlook.exe process quits before starting Outlook again). After
this, add the Hotmail account to your mail profile again.

If the Hotmail account is the only mail account in your mail profile,
recreate your mail profile.

Still not synching - can you please advise further? The MS help desk is
useless because it requires a PID which is not provided by MS (though the
wrong one is).

so if you make a new profile, it still won't sync? Have you logged into your
account online to check for problems? Are the messing in other folders or
are all in the inbox?
